We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return 7 days from the date of purchase. All returns must have prior approval from Prowireusa and must have an RMA issued. To obtain an RMA please contact us via email at sales@prowireusa.com. Any items being returned without an RMA will be returned to the sender. We have a restocking fee of 25% which applies to all items which are returned. If the original item was shipped in error the restocking fee will be waived.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Wire
• Cable
• Heat shrink tubing (Excluding unused factory reels) 
• Sleeving (Excluding factory-sealed boxes)
• Tooling
• Any Mil-Spec or Autosport connector that has been opened for any reason.

Special ordered items are noncancelable and non-returnable.

Any item that was opened, tampered with, or otherwise altered from its original condition will not be returnable.

Any package that was refused by the receiver will not be eligible for return. No Exceptions.
