We only sell genuine components. Preventing counterfeit and suspect unapproved parts is part of ProWire USA's AS9120B quality management system.

How we prevent counterfeits

• Vetted suppliers only. We buy from thoroughly vetted suppliers, and every receipt is inspected and stored securely.
• Manufacturer markings kept. Where the manufacturer brands or marks its parts, those markings stay on them. Not every manufacturer marks its parts.
• Suspect parts are quarantined. If we encounter a suspect part, it is quarantined and investigated, and a report goes to the relevant authorities.

Avoid the gray market

When lead times run long, the gray market can look like a shortcut. It operates legally, but it is one of the main ways counterfeit parts enter the supply chain. We strongly advise against it to protect your product's integrity and your reputation.
