Aptiv (Delphi) GT150 Connector Kits

Everything needed to build a sealed GT 150 connector in one part number: the housing, its TPA, terminals and wire seals, assembled from genuine Aptiv components. Kits are available from 2 to 16 ways for 18-16 AWG or 22-20 AWG wire.

Kit types

• Female kit (GT150-<ways>F-<wire>): female housing (plug), TPA, female terminals and seals.
• Male kit (GT150-<ways>M-<wire>): male housing (receptacle), TPA, male terminals and seals.
• M/F kit (GT150-<ways>-KIT-<wire>): both halves of a mating pair, two TPAs, female and male terminals and seals for both sides.

Each housing comes with one spare terminal (for example, a 4-way female kit has 5 terminals) and one wire seal per cavity.

Wire size

• -1816 kits: 18-16 AWG terminals with blue seals for 1.86-2.40 mm insulation.
• -2022 kits: 22-20 AWG terminals with white seals for 1.20-1.90 mm insulation.

• Temperature range -40°C to +125°C
