Genuine components
We only sell genuine components and have a strict counterfeit policy.
How we prevent counterfeits
- Vetted suppliers only. We buy from thoroughly vetted suppliers, and every receipt is inspected and stored securely.
- Manufacturer markings kept. Where the manufacturer brands or marks its parts, those markings stay on them. Not every manufacturer marks its parts.
- Suspect parts are quarantined. If we encounter a suspect part, it's quarantined and investigated, and reported to the relevant authorities.
Our processes are audited under AS9120B. Buying from the gray market carries a real counterfeit risk, even when lead times are long. If you suspect a counterfeit, quarantine it and contact us. Read more
